The final weekend of the OSSAA baseball season is upon us with 6 different classifications playing their state tournaments starting Thursday.

The Class 2A-1 State Tournament is loaded with several familiar faces and a team that dropped from Class 3A.

Dale is making their 42nd appearance in the State Tournament in the Spring and their 33rd straight dating back to 1993. The Pirates have won 11 Spring state championships with the last one in 2014.

Latta is making their 41st appearance and their 3rd straight in the Spring. The Panther have won 7 Spring state championships with the last one in 2005.

Cashion is making their 10th appearance (6th straight) and won the 2A-1 title in 2025.

Colbert is making their 9th Spring State Tournament appearance as this is their 2nd straight.

Calera is making their 8th trip in the Spring with 2026 their 2nd in a row and it’s their 5th trip in 6 years.

Oktaha won the 2A title in 2024 and is making their 17th trip to the Spring State Tournament. This is the Tigers 10th straight trip dating back to 2016.

Christian Heritage is making their 6th trip winning a state championship in 2016.

Dropping down from Class 3A, Kansas is making their 7th State Tournament appearance overall winning a title in 1955.
