The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced their All American team today and a total of 4 players from Oklahoma schools were named.

Earning 1st team honors was Ibrahim Gonzalez (SP) of MACU. Named to the 2nd team were JT Maloney (SS) of OK Wesleyan and Nick Hill (3B) of MACU. Daurys Manzanillo (OF) of OK Wesleyan was named to the 3rd team.

Ibrahim Gonzalez (MACU) – 1st Team SP

Gonzalez was the definition of a team ace in 2026. The transfer from Little Rock led the Evangels in appearances (16; 14 starts), wins (12), innings pitched (92), and ERA (2.15). His regular season ERA was under 2.00 (1.92). He was named the Sooner Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Year and the NCCAA Player of the Year.

Gonzalez’ final line for the 2026 season:
– G 16/ GS 14, 12-3, 2.15 ERA, 92 IP, 75 H, 31 R, 22 ER, 30 BB, 99 K

JT Maloney (OK Wesleyan) – 2nd Team SS

Maloney was one of the reasons that the Eagles made their 9th trip to the NAIA National Tournament’s Opening Round as he had a dramatic increase in offensive production in 2026. Maloney was 2nd on the team in AVG at .379 (up from .269 in 2025), 3rd in hits at 74 (18 in 2025), 3rd in HR (14), 3rd in RBI at 66 (13 in 2025), 3rd in 2B at 14 (0 in 2025), 2nd in SLG at .677, and 1st in OBP at .512. He played in all of OKWU’s 56 games in 2026 compared to 24 in 2025.

Maloney was a unanimous selection for the KCAC All Conference 1st team in 2026.

Maloney’s final line for the 2026 season:
– G 56, .379/.512/.677, 14 HR, 66 RBI, 74 H, 14 2B, 3B, 48 BB, 55 R, 3 SB

Nick Hill (MACU) – 2nd Team 3B

Missing all of 2025 due to injury, Nick Hill made an immediate impact in the MACU lineup in 2026. Hill led the team in OPS (1.220), SLG (.787), HR (24), RBI (75), and 2B (20). His 24 bombs and 75 RBIs are single season records for the MACU program.

For his exploits in 2026, Hill was named the SAC Newcomer of the Year, a Gold Glove winner at 3B in the SAC, as well as the NCCAA First Team All American.

– G 58, .343/.433/.787, 24 HR, 75 RBI, 20 2B, 34 BB, 62 R, 13 SB

Daurys Manzanillo (OK Wesleyan) – 3rd Team OF

The transfer from Connors State College lived up to high expectations in 2026. Manzanillo led the Eagles in AVG (.387) was 2nd in HR (16), RBI (69), 2B (15), and 3rd in SLB (.676)

Manzanillo was also a unanimous choice for the KCAC All Conference 1st Team.

– G 56, .387/.458/.676, 16 HR, 69 RBI, 15 2B, 3B, 27 BB, 66 R, 5 SB
