One of the things that the Oklahoma State Cowboys are known for is playing a tough schedule on an annual basis. In 2025, they played the 13th toughest schedule in the country. That helped the Cowboys make the NCAA Tournament as an at-large bid even though their record may not have been as good as others.

Last week, the Cowboys released their schedule for 2026 and once again, it is a tough one.

Highlights of the Cowboys schedule:

• Opens the season at the Shriners Children’s College Showdown in Arlington, TX.
• First home series is Feb 27-Mar 1 vs Sam Houston
• Only non conference road series at Grand Canyon University (Feb 19-22)
• Ten Big 12 series (Home: Baylor, Cincinnati, Kansas, TCU, Arizona; Away: UCF, BYU, Kansas State, Texas Tech, Arizona State)
• Home and home midweek series: Missouri State and ORU
• Bedlam games: Feb 14 (in Arlington); Apr 14 (in Norman)
