The OSSAA released the brackets for the Class 4A and Class 3A Regionals to be played this week. This is the first step in the postseason process for these classes.

There are 16 regionals in each class with the pairings the result of how teams faired in the regular season district races.

It is important to note that 4A and 3A have a different format than the other classes. The winners of each regional will move on to Areas the following week. The coaches of each regional winner will rank the remaining 16 teams. They will then play a best of 3 series:

• 1 vs 16
• 2 vs 16
• 3 vs 14
• and so on with the higher seeded team hosting.

The 8 Area winners will then move on to the state tournament.
