We are to that point in the year where preseason rankings and honors are being released and the best site for NCAA D1 baseball, D1Baseball, released their preseason All Americans on Tuesday.

Two players from Oklahoma State were named as All Americans as was another from Oklahoma was named.

• Nolan Schubart (DH), Oklahoma State – 1st Team
• Kyson Witherspoon (RHP), Oklahoma – 2nd Team
• Gabe Davis (RHP), Oklahoma State – 3rd Team

Nolan Schubart (DH) – 1st Team

The Durand, MI native will be entering his junior season in Stillwater. Schubart was named to D1Baseball’s All American Team (3rd Team) after the 2024 season as well as a D1Baseball Freshman All American after the 2023 season.

Schubart miss some games due to injury in 2024, but still manage to hit 6 more HRs and draw 6 more walks than he did in 2023.

His 2 year stats at OSU look like this:
– G 110, .352/.480/.743, 40 HR, 142 RBI, 30 2B, 3B, 92 BB

Schubart is also the 30th rated prospect in the 2025 draft eligible class by mlb.com.

Kyson Witherspoon (RHP) – 2nd Team

Witherspoon will be entering his senior season for the Sooners in 2025. The JUCO transfer from Northwest Florida State College had an outstanding first year for the Sooners in 2024 as he became a weekend starter during the season.

G 17/GS 11, 8-3, SV, 3.71 ERA, 1.36 WHIP, 80 IP, 69 H, 40 BB, 90 SO

After a great summers with the USA Baseball collegiate team, Witherspoon is the 26th rated prospect in the 2025 draft eligible class by mlb.com.

Gabe Davis (RHP) – 3rd Team

The Choctaw High School alum will also be entering his junior season in Stillwater. The junior had a much better 2nd season than his freshman season. He logged 20 more innings pitched in 4 less appearances and lowered his ERA by over 3.5 points. He also tied for the team lead in saves.

G 18/GS 5, 2-4, 3 SV, 4.17 ERA, 1.35 WHIP, 45.1 IP, 36 H, 25 BB, 55 SO

MLB scouts love Davis’ fastball that reaches triple digits and have made him the 63rd rated prospect in the 2025 draft eligible class by mlb.com.
