In a lighter week for true tournaments, one of the bigger shows in town will be hosted by the Stuart Hornets, who will look for a big weekend to prove themselves a real contender in Class B.
All three classes will be represented in Stuart this weekend. Preston is the lone 2A squad in the field, while three schools from both Classes A and B are in the field, along with a pair of JV squads.
Although the field doesn’t necessarily have any of the biggest names, it does have several schools fighting for spots in their respective state tournaments. There’s no instant favorite to win this one, with at least three schools that you could argue as the betting favorite, so make sure to stay tuned this weekend to see which squad comes out on top.
