Arapaho-Butler is hosting its annual wood-bat fall tournament beginning this Thursday.

Both the hosting Indians and the Sterling Tigers have received byes through the first round, and enter the tournament as the likely favorites to meet in the championship.

Fargo, Verden, Binger-Oney, and Fletcher, along with Arapaho-Butler and Sterling will represent Class A this weekend, while Granite, Sentinel, Big Pasture, and Lookeba-Sickles will represent Class B. 

Look for Sentinel in particular to be a squad with a chance to take down the two bigger names in the tournament, as they’ll get the benefit of playing at home during the first two rounds and come into the tournament 4-0 with a couple of strong victories.
