One of the highlights of the summer is when we get to see some of the best players across Oklahoma get together and play in the various “all star” events that are dotted across June and July.

So far we’ve had the various regional coaches associations’ games, the OBCA All State Games, and the High School Baseball National Championship Series.

Next up is the High Plains Shootout putting some of the best teams from Oklahoma, Texas, and Kansas. The event will be played over three days (July 15-17) at (you guessed it) David Allen Ballpark in Enid, OK.

The High Plains Shootout will consist of 2 teams from each state making 6 teams total and they will play a game against each other team.
