There are 6 tournaments/festivals (that I’ve seen) being played this coming weekdn in Okahoma and one of the better ones is being played in the town of Tupelo. The high school southeast of Ada will be hosting a 8 team, double elimination bracket starting at noon on Thursday.

The Silo Rebels highight the field along with the host school Tupelo. Also in the field is 5-0 Navajo and Calera (2-1) who just beat Tupelo last week. Byng, Moss, Rock Creek, and Stonewall round out the field

Bracket Breakdown

To say this tournament has its better teams spread out is an understatement.

First round games that stand out are the Silo/Stonewall and Calera/Navajo games. Stonewall’s only loss in it’s 4-1 record is to a Kiowa program that made the state tournament in the Spring last school year, but Silo is still Silo. Navajo has a 5-0 record, but Calera did just beat a really good squad in Tupelo.

We aren’t in the business of making hard predictions for high school baseball, but it’s hard not to see a Tupelo/Silo final.
