The “middle” classes, 3A and 4A have some serious talent that will make a lot of noise this year. Here are some names to look for…
4A
Traylon Barnes (2027) – Tuttle RHP/SS
Traylon is a junior that sure looks the part. He is a hard throwing righty with great stuff. He’s also a very big competitor. When he’s not pitching, he is a middle of the lineup bat that is a tough out.
Brody Ross (2026) – Chickasha RHP/OF – McLennan College Signee
Brody is a very tall hard throwing righty that can beat any team he is up against. He’s also a clean up hitter that can punish baseballs. He’s a kid you don’t want to see on Monday nights.
Preston Welch (2026) – Byng LHP/1B – Cowley County Signee
Preston is a very good two-way guy with a lot of fire in him. He is a crafty lefty that gets outs at a high level. He also has a legit stick to go along with it. He’s a competitor that leaves it all on the field.
3A
Hudson Morgan (2026) – Marlow IF/RHP – Oklahoma State Signee
Hudson is a very athletic and strong kid that has a lot of juice. He is a hard throwing righty that can dominate any game. He’s also a very high level bat with a lot of pop. He can change games on both sides.
Zane Sander (2026) – Silo MIF – Cowley County Signee
Zane is the definition of a gamer. He’s just around 5’9 but plays way bigger and stronger. He has a very short and compact swing that causes trouble for opposing pitchers and can run. His glove is also very high level.
Owen Andrews (2026) – Washington RHP/OF – Murray State College Signee
Owen is an ultra-competitor with a very live fastball. He throws with a lot of fire and confidence and gets outs. He is also a top of the lineup bat that can put balls out of the yard.
