The calendar has turned to the a new year and that means the OSSAA high school baseball season will be here soon. Classes A1, A2, and B officially get started February 23 while the rest of the classes begin March 2.
Up until that the beginning of the season, SSBR will be providing previews of as many teams as we can. Recently, SSBR sent out questionnaires to the high school coaches across the state of Oklahoma asking for their top returning players, top newcomers, overall strengths/weaknesses, and their overall assessment where their respective programs are coming into the 2026 season.
What you have below are the responses to those questions in the words of the coaches themselves.

Overall Team Strengths
Overall strength of the team this spring will be team defense. While also looking forward to an increase in offensive performance with the addition of two players being back in the lineup coming off of injuries that kept them out for the fall.
Overall Team Needs to Work On
Looking to build on a pitching staff that has a lot of potential and the opportunity to make a big jump this spring.
Outlook
We are looking forward to the opportunity to make it back to the state tournament. We are excited to see a group that had a bunch of younger guys thrown in to big roles this fall only continue to get better. With the addition of two middle of the order bats getting healthy and continued development of young pitcher we are really excited about the outlook for the spring.
